Professional Biography

Annabel was admitted to practice in 2014 and since that time has worked in a variety of areas of commercial and corporate law, including contract disputes, civil litigation and insolvency.

Annabel has represented a range of clients in litigation and insolvency matters in many jurisdictions including the Supreme and Federal Courts and in Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions.

Annabel’s experience includes acting for clients in:

Contract and consumer law disputes;
Corporate and personal insolvency and business restructuring, acting for insolvency practitioners and company directors;
PPSA disputes, mortgage litigation, debt recovery and enforcement; and
Property law and franchising disputes.
