Professional Biography

Geraldine completed a Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University in 2006 and joined MMRB in September 2017 as a Senior Associate.

Since being admitted to practice in 2009, Geraldine has worked predominantly in family law, gaining extensive experience in divorce applications, complex property and financial settlements, binding financial agreements, children’s matters, mediation and dispute resolution and intervention orders. As well as family law, Geraldine is experienced in a variety of other areas of law, such as property law, wills, commercial law and civil litigation. Since joining MMRB however, Geraldine practices exclusively in family law.

Geraldine is able to apply her extensive family law knowledge to provide practical and cost-effective solutions to her clients, ensuring that they are kept well informed of their options at all times.

Geraldine is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Mornington Peninsula Lawyers Association and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Geraldine served as a committee member of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers’ Association for five years, with three of those years also appointed as the Young Lawyers’ Representative of the Mornington Peninsula in the Regional and Suburban Young Lawyers’ Committee.
